Intermetrics collects order and customer information from the data sources you connect, like Shopify, Amazon, Facebook Ads, and other eCommerce and advertising platforms. Below is an overview of how we use and protect this data.

Privacy Policy

We use "cookies" to enhance your experience and gather information about visitors and visits to our websites.
We collect information from you when your Intermetrics account is created, such as your name, e-mail address, and phone number.
We collect customer and order information from your connected eCommerce platforms (such as Shopify and Amazon). This includes customer names, email addresses, physical addresses, the products they purchased, and referrer information collected by the eCommerce platform when such information is associated with their order.
We do not collect or store payment details such as credit card numbers, however we do collect information on the type of payment used (credit card, paypal, etc.) and whether or not that payment was processed or refunded successfully.
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties any personally identifying information you have provided us with.

How do we use this information?

We use the information we collect in the following ways:

To generate sales and marketing performance reports.
To centralize and make accessible order and customer details for reporting, customer service, and fulfillment management.
To identify cross-platform trends in which marketing spend on one selling platform correlates with a sales lift on another selling platform.
To forecast and estimate future marketing performance.

How do we protect this information?

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. Our entire website is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and we do not collect or store any payment information from you or your customers.

Do we disclose the information we collect to outside parties?

For customers in which Intersell Ventures is managing a TV marketing campaign, we share limited customer information with the media buying agency. This information is limited to order timestamps, products ordered, and customer location (City/State/Zipcode) and does not include specific customer names, email addresses, or other details. In all other instances, we do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. We may also release your information only in such cases when release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our policies, or protect ours or others' rights, property, or safety.

How can you opt-out, remove, or modify information you have provided to us?

If Intersell Ventures is no longer managing your marketing campaigns, data stored in Intermetrics will be purged automatically within 60 days of our contract end date unless you request we store it for longer than this retention period.

Security Incident Response Policy

While the data we collect is limited, any individual who suspects that a theft, breach, or exposure of user data must immediately describe what happened via email sent to help@intermetrics.ai

Our IT/Data team will be responsible for ensuring that notification and communication both internally and with third parties (Users, Sellers, law enforcement, etc.) based on legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements take place in a timely manner. All Information concerning an incident is considered confidential, and at no time should any information be discussed with anyone outside of our company without approval of executive management and our legal counsel.
